Ladies and Gentlemen,

If want to place centerlines in a stamped metal part with a couple of semi-circle indentations in the Drafting Package in NX2 - how do go about it in the Insert - Symbol - Utility Symbols Menu? Then again, begin UG, is there another method/menu that can be leveraged?

What view orientation are you wanting to place these in? Is it an end view (the centerlines would show up as crosshairs) or a plan view (centerline would show as a line - the axis of the 'cylinder')?

Cowski,

Crosshairs on an arc - which I have muddled through - now I am banging my head on the A, B, C options for line length and spacing for the dimensions I am linking to the centerlines.

MSawtell,

Try making dim A=2.5, then B=5 and C=10 (for metric). Use smaller values but same ratio for English draings; i.e. A=X, B=2*A, C=2*B. That usually works OK for my drawings with Linear Centerlines (what you call crosshairs).
