Centermark dissacoiates itself problem

[NHTC]

This a question for a user on NX7.5. He has been putting a center mark on a drafting object and attaches a dimension to this center mark. He has saved the file and closed it out. When he comes back in the center mark has disassociated itself from the object. Sometimes also disassociates itself when updating the views.
Any ideas on what might be causing this?
