Centreless grinding of end flat shaft

Hi, we are facing problem to centreless grinding the shaft with slot at one corner that covers 70% of the round area. The shaft dia is 16mm. Shaft jumps out of the work rest when wheel grinds. Kindly help to give a solution for smooth grinding of this shaft like 1500 shafts in 8 hrs.
