I would like to have custom axial thrust bearing made up in ceramic for non conductive reasons. Plastic not good enough. I know standard bearings are available however I need thrust washer flat without ball groove.

It is easy enough to get ceramic balls however the thrust washer is proving more difficult.

ID 12mm OD 22. 10,000 RPM, 20 N load.

Can anyone recommend supplier of custom ceramic components who would have the knowledge and expertise to make up parts?

thanks

Have you done the stress analysis? You really don't want to point load a ceramic.
I ran pad type thrust bearings. Some were Kingsbury and some we had made by Coors. We worked with both fixed and tilting pad types. SiC and BC were our favorites.

I agree with EdStainless on the ubject of point loads presented by a ball. I would look at needle bearing thrust elements like the ones made by Timlen.
We had a lot of custom ceramic parts fabricated by Zircoa.
There are several caveats with using ceramic components as you propose. No shock, either thermal or mechanical, no thin sections, Watch your lubrication.

Have you considered a hybrid bearing in angular contact format? If the load is only in one direction then a single angular contact would be fine. Si3N4 ceramic balls would give the insulation you need and ABEC5+ steel rings would give you the speed/accuracy for 10,000rpm. Currently 100% Ceramic bearings are not good at speed as no one can consistently sinter ceramic rings to the accuracy required - YET! I'm sure this will change though.
