CFD Software

Hello,
I'm looking for a CFD modeling software to use it for ventilation/pressurization pattern modeling for a food plant.
I have different temperatures in various rooms with connecting openings. We should assure that requested pressure gradient is maintained with MAU and EX systems we put in.
I'm ready to buy a good one if the price is reasonable.

As far as I know there is no generic commercial software on market. Some research facility develop their models and they either made calculations per order or sell tailored models to large manufacturers.
