Change color using image file

Is it possible to change the color of a face using my own image files (.bmp , .jpg etc) in SW (not Photo Works)?

Not as far as I know. You can only use the 16 million colors that your windows OS supports.

It is possible to change colors using some API/VBA programing. That way you can have standard colors set up and just pick from a menu list. We have this set up so that it changes color and material properties at the same time, so you can for example just pick "Aluminum" or "Aircraft Structure" (a lovely shade of matt lime greenish color!!). I think the guy who wrote it put some neat features into it so you can define your own colors either by palate/numerically or by selecting something with a new color you have edited in SW.

3/4 of all the Spam produced goes to Hawaii - shame that's not true of SPAM also.......
