Change compass and scrollbars size

Hallo,
I have new computer with new instalation of CATIA v5R16.
And I have compass and scrollbars two-time bigger than on old computer (with CATIA v5R16 too). It is possible resize it?

I suspect it is in your Video Settings - check your screen resolution. There are no other options that I am aware of.
