I have a xref file when I change color of one layer from blue to cyan. When I open main file it not effect I mean it remain blue color, I must change again in main file.
How you explain to me what problem ?And how we can solve it ?
It related to VISRETAIN variable? I set it ON(1).

If your visretain is "on" (1), then the colors stay the same as they are in the current file, even if you change the original xref. If you want the colors of the original file, then turn visretain off (0), reload the xref, and your colors should be the same as the original xref file. You can also change the xref layer colors individually in the current file, without changing the original xef file, by going into you layer window, and find the layers that correspond to the layers in the original xref, and change the layer color.
