Change of stiffness in a restart analysis

Hi,

I am running some starting analysis, where I need to change the stiffness properties of some shell elements, since I am modeling the hardening process of a concrete slab. I would like to know how to apply this stiffness change... Additionally, I need to define a material to represent the behavior of the fresh concrete. I would appreciate some recommendations about it.
