Change points number in datum curve created from equation

Hello,

I work with Creo 2.0

I created a sinusoidal function as a datum - Curve from equation.
Problem is my curve is plenty of irregularities. I work in small dimensions (20*5*5mm).

Is it possible to change the number of points in relation editor where I write the value of my equation?
Maybe it's an other problem...
