Changing a Dimension in a Sketch

Sometimes I find when I am changing a dimension in a sketch it dosent change to the value I typed in. Any suggestions as to what I am doing wrong?

If your value will not regen successfully Pro/E goes back to the previous value. Try something in between to see what is going wrong.
