Changing Feature Control Frame Orientation

How would I change the orientation of the feature control frame to match the datum flag (-A-)?
In other words, I would like the frame to read bottom to top instead of top to bottom.

I've checked the most recent version of NX and it does not appear that there's an option which would allow you to reverse the orientation/direction of a Feature Control Frame. The orientation is based on the relative angle of the symbol with respect to the Drawing.
