CHANGING MATERIAL GRADE AFTER ANALYSIS IS PERFORMED

please check the attached sap file . i am a new user to sap and have faced some small issue while using sap2000

i have the following issues .

1) to the simple supported beam , i have assigned material proeprties of steel grade Fe-250 (fy -250 Mpa) .

but still after the analysis & design operations are performed , the design is performed based on default grade of steel in sap which is A992fy50(fy -345 Mpa).

the fy value taken by sap has effected my plastic & elastic section modulus values when compared to hand calculated values.

also it is effecting crossectional resistance to shear and bending values for limit state design .

kindly please guide me on how to reassign the grade of steel ,i couldnt find the method to do it.

You didn't assign material Fe250 to your frame section. A992 is the material that is associated with your frame section, not Fe250.
