Changing Sheet Numbers in Drafting

Hi there,
I'm using NX5

First off, I have some automatic text on all my drawing templates;
"SHEET #: <W@$SH_SHEET_NUMBER> OF <W@$SH_NUMBER_OF_SHEETS>"

This will simply output the sheet number followed by the total number of sheets.

My problem occurs when I want to insert a new sheet into my file. When you create a sheet, it always goes in at the end. Can this be controlled somehow?

Here's a little more description.

I have 10 sheets total in my drawing.
the first 5 describe my tools. (shts 1-5 of 10 total)
the last 5 describe my machine setup. (shts 6-10 of 10 total)

NOW, lets say I need to add a tool to my document. If I choose add a sheet, the system will add a sheet with the value of 11 of 11. this is not suitable for me; it's out of order. I need this sheet to be placed at sheet 6 of 11, and have all the other sheets "bump" accordingly.
Can I do this? Surely this must be possible.

Thanks,
Jay

OK, the only approach that I'm aware of which will help you out of this situation is that after you add what you wish to be the 6th of 11 sheets and it's in the 11th position, go to the Part Navigator and select the current 6th thru 10th sheet and 'Copy' them and then 'Paste' them back into the same part file file where they will now become the 12th thru 16th sheet. Now go back and select those same original 6th thru 10th sheet and delete them. Now what was the 11th sheet will be in the 6th position and the 12th thru 16th sheet will now occupy the 7th thru 11th positions as desired.

I know it's a bit of a kludge, but it does work.
