Chapter N of AISC 360-16 - Drawing Requirements

How do you comply with the requirements of AISC360-16 Chapter N? Do you restate the requirements of this chapter on your drawings or do you just reference Chapter N?

I generally see a cover all note that states something like this:
"All fabrication and erection shall be in accordance with the requirements in the AISC Steel Construction Manual, latest edition."
