I would like to know which of the following check valves are best suited for installtion on the (API650) Floating Roof Darin Sump:
Normal Swing Check valve or Ball Float Check valve?
As these valse are required to function well against very small delta P, in our experience the later has been found to be functioning a bit better in service when tested. However, I would like to get opinion of the Forum in this respect.
Also I will appreciate to know the applicable standard to which ball Float Check valves are manufactured/tested? I could not find any usful info on the web.
