Check zone-2 for double bus bar scheme

Hi all,
I want to know that if a check zone-2 is employed in double bus bar scheme for bus-2 (separate check zone for each bus), is it necessary to add CTs around bus coupler?

Typical scheme has two main zones for each bus and one check zone covering two buses.

Thanks saltan, but our client is insisting for separate check zone for each bus, that's why I am not sure...
