checking fixture question

Hello, our customer has a drawing similar to this one. How would you check these dimensions (+/-2 mm) if the surfaces of the body are unusable (bent sides during welding). You can only orient yourself to bases A and B. Your datum[ ]A feature appears to be floating in space. The datums have to be real features you can measure from. Your datum features need to establish planes to measure from. They are too small to do this.

Can you (tactfully) ask your customer to improve the drawing?

I don't think that suggestions on how to make a fixture would be helpful when the datum scheme is that flawed. Looks like every mistake in selection, (not) tolerancing, and referencing of the datum features was made. It is a "what not to do" example.
