We sent the pipe SA-106B for chemical analysis. Report shows no chrome, copper, moly, nickel and vandium altogether that means these elements are not present altogether.
SA-106 specification gives maximum permitted values of these elements per Table 1 of SA-106, now in our case minimum valuves are zero, can zero values be accepted against the maximum permitted in the specifications?
For example, per table 1 chrome should not exceed 0.4% in our case chrome is 0%, can 0% be accepted? can we say pipe is still in compliance with SA-106B?
