I am looking for January 2000 and January 2002 "Chemical Engineering Plant Cost Indices" (CEPCI) in three subcategories. Would someone please provide the CEPCI indices (published generally on the last page in each issue of McGraw-Hill Chemical Engineering Magazine) for the following subcategories:
