We have a situation where we are looking to chemical grout a CMP pipeline that runs partially under a building in order to seal off infiltration leaks at the joints. However, is it possible to chemical grout a CMP pipe with standard packer equipment? Thank you.

It is possible. It depends on the chemical. Your best bet is to ask the manufacturer of the grout to see what it was designed for. It is important that they only tell you what it was "designed for". Anything beyond that is speculation. You as the EOR can then make a judgment to determine if it is applicable to your situation.

Some simple things that can seal CMP: 100% silicone sealant, green slime (lots of it) closed-cell polyurethane foam, rubber gaskets with a hose-clamp type fitting, etc.

Just some ideas.
