WHAT IS THE REFERENCE TO HAVE A CHILLER CAPACITY TO COOL WATER IN THE SUMMER FROM 50 DEGREE TO 26 DEGREE

1) Please don't use CAPITALS - it means you're shouting
2) Probably better in the HVAC forum
3) We need a LOT more information ( flow, ambient air temp, what "reference" means...)
4) Please do a little research first - refrigeration / HVAC works in tons of refrigeration - just google it

Don't forget the chilled water tank/reservoir to smooth out demand. You can use a smaller chiller.
