I've been looking forever, and have had trouble finding information on Carrier chillers even though they produce this abortion of a program. If you find the files, let me know.

My inner cynic says there's no way in hell other manufacturers provide their competition with this information for their program. It's been wrong before, though.

In my experience Carrier are always willing to provide the files for any of their chillers (pick up the phone and talk to your local Carrier agent).

Obviously Yor, Trane etc don't provide chiller data files for Carrier software and the chiller map has to manually entered (which is only a 10 min exercise so no big deal)
