I need a chiller
with 60ton refrigeration capacity
chilled output temperature -20(C)
what type of chiller is the best?

What is your application? -20C is much lower than a typical chiller can handle.

It is common to handle temperatures like this to use SCREW TYPE GLYCOL chillers usually for chemical operations in pharmaceutical plants. Carrier, York Or McQuay can help you on the selection of the right unit.

You can do it well with recips. You can use glycol as brine. If -20 is very critical, I would go with a hot/cold well systems, paricularly for process cooling.

Either screw or recip compressor would do the job.But given the high load,screw may be more appropriate.Get quotes for both and compare the power consumption before deciding.

Go for the hot and cold well tank as Quark suggested for stable temperature under varying process load

is there absorption chiller with negative temperature working condition?

I'm not an expert, but what I know, absorption chillers cannot reach so negative temperatures.
We have (or had) both screw and recip chillers working in that temeperature range. Right now we are using screw type chillers. If your load is variablein a wide range, you might want to try screw with VSD. This will give you some significative savings in temrs of energy.
