Hi,
I have to install a chimney for 2 interconnected 8500000Btu/hr boilers each.
Could you advise abour the type of material I have to chosse and also the ref. of ASME standard.

There is no ASME standard for chimney design/construction. You have several options; brick lined, Corten steel structure, or all Corten steel structure. I would contact an A/E firm that specializes in Power Generation project for further advice.
 
But this chimney will be installed in a hotel building and will have about 100m height.
 
Building codes in most Jurisdictions have strict definitions for stack and chimney enforcement. Check with your local building codes on their terminology, and seek professional help from a qualified A/E firm. You cannot take chances in dealing with the public safety.
