I'm working with .25" reclaimed chopped carbon fiber. Since they are reclaimed the fibers are still stuck with too many other fibers in their [chopped] tow and I need them to be further separated so they mix more thoroughly and give more rigidity and strength to my part. Any recommendations on how to further separate these .25" fibers that wouldn't remove sizing and what not?
