Chrome Pitting in 17-4PH

Hello,
We have a pitting excursion that I'm trying to figure out. The chemistry we have ran so far does not indicate any large amount of dissolved gasses and the initial SEM identified aluminum and silicon.

Has anyone else fought a chrome pitting problem in 17-4PH?
