Sirs,

For a 31.76 MVA and 11 kV generator line current is 1667 amps. 11kV VCB rated current can be: 2000 Amps.
What could be the 132kV circuit breaker rated current if 11/132 kV transformer is connected?

The typical current rating of the 145 kV circuit breaker are 1200 A
to 4000A. For 1667 A at 11 kV equate to 139A = 1667x11/132. Therefore, the smaller current rating of 1,2000A can hndle the primary current
 
Or 2000A if that’s smallest size you generally use at that voltage level.
