I got a 1700 kva generator and i got a dec 125 avr, we have C curve circuit breaker and trips, the thing i want to know if i could expect a trip from the magnetic side of the circuit breaker... cause of the inrush current?

I have never had an inrush problem with an AVR (not to say that it is not possible). I would suspect a failed AVR, a faulty breaker or an under rated breaker. Another possibility is the wrong voltage applied to the AVR.

yes, not usual, i know decs 100 and 200 AVR use a PWM control of excitation, this means that you got the full voltaje each time... and as you got a low resistance R circuit, at first moment you got to magnetice.... i´ll like to know if this avr dec125 got the same system?

With DC the current is limited by the load resistance and the rate of rise is determined by the the time constant of the circuit. (Time constant is a function of the induction and the resistance of a circuit).
No inrush but the time to reach full current may vary with different circuits.
The AC inrush will approach the normal DC current.
I don't think that you will see a DC inrush, so there should be no inrush reflected back to the AC supply.
A partially shorted field will cause higher than normal AC current.
