Good day!
In the American Concrete Pipe Association - Design Data 20, they introduce a lateral earth pressure analysis for the riser. How do I deal with the earth and hydrostatic pressure on the eccentric section (the eccentric frustum)? I'm looking into making it into its vertical and horizontal components, but I'm not pretty sure since it's my first time designing manholes.
