City Maps

I am looking for U.S. city maps that can be inserted or opened in Autocad 14
and edited, that is these maps can not be photos or picture files. Does any one know of a source where these maps can be purchased or downloaded?

What cities Specificaly
i have majority of texas counties which includes all city and countie roads on a cd also downloadable from this site
