Could someone give me the general rate (or at least the range of value) of all the contractor's cost, in addition to the direct construction cost, for a cost estimation (at feasibility design) of a civil work project :

- Site Cost
- Management
- Financing
- Risks and Profits
- Insurances
...

I'm in France. But Actually it's not for a Project in France. It's for Tadjikistan, but actually i wanted to have references for general practice in western countries (like the US for example), to be able to compare.
