Civil3d 2012 resellers and discount vendors

Looking for a AutoCAD Civil 3D 2012 package that comes has not been previously registered, and comes with an invoice. I need to use it at work (which is in Canada), so absolutely no "grey" versions will do. Just the product, no OEM/tech support is necessary. I don't seem to find any *applicable* retailer online that prices the product below CAD 2500.
If anyone has a suggestion for the kind of retailers I am looking for (not necessarily based in Canada) that will be greatly appreciated.

My experience is that AutoDesk has a pretty tight wrapper around their products and who sells/services them

I guess it is possible to find someone who has not "opened" or registered their copy for some reason and buy it at a discount - but at the prices they charge most people only buy it if they really need it.

The only way to get a legit invoice for C3D 2012 is to get it from an Autodesk Authorized Reseller. You will pay at least CAD 2500 for it. At least it's a tax write-off.
