Does any one capture the difference between :
Recompression (classical) and SHANSEP CK0U Testing Programs
(Ladd,1991)

What is the difference between a motorcycle and a boat? CKoU is a specific stress path for triax testing (not unique to SHANSEP), and recompression is a general approach to account for sample disturbance in undrained shear strength. You'll need to clarify the question.
