Classification Admin: "Cannot Classify the Workspace Object"

Our site has created our own Classification library and I was able to classify individual items without issue, leaving the Part Families for last as I'd tested them in our sandbox and didn't run into any issues. Now I'm running into issues in both the Sandbox and Production where when I try to create the ICOs for the PF members it will give an error saying:
