cleaning biodiesel off containment pans

Goodmorning gentlemen,
I have containement pans that have accumulated a lot of product (oils, biodiesel, etc) over the years, drain pipes are clogged up. I am having a lot of trouble cleaning up because of the biodiesel involved.does anyone have any suggestions. any contacts for companies specialized/experienced in this kind of cleaning work will be appreciated
