Cleaning of Internal Floating Roof Tank for Ethanol

Hi. I'm new here. Our company is also new to floating roof. Would like to ask: how do you clean IFR tanks? Can the the IFR be lifted/ raised up when the tank is already empty? thanks

That's not a good starting point. I suggest you do a little bit more research as you seem to be starting from a very low base and these are really sites for engineering profesisonals.
