Can anyone suggest a suitable type of pump for use in a cleanroom where it is important that the pump doesn't product contaminents? I thought of a diaphragm pump but can these be fully sanitized (as this is an important requirement in this case)? Also, are there any ways of recovering anything from the exhaust (i.e. pass-over product)in a set up like this?
