Hi,
I've an assembly and I used ISO standard threaded holes in parts and bolts of Reuse Library in the ISO standard.
The screw value is correc, for example with a M5 hole I put a M5 screw.
When I start the clearance Analysis me interfering signals.
The interference is due to the threaded hole has a pre-drilled smaller than the diameter of the screw.
There is an option that I exclude from the analysis of these situations?

Thank you

The simplest way that i can think of is that when definining clearance sets ignore the bolts if you're confident that otherwise fit. Otherwise what I prefer to do is allow it to go through and check them, casting a cursory eye over the expected results and then go through and set the bolts interferences to be ignored.

Best Regards

If the bolt is 'Mated' to the Hole, you can ignore 'Mated Pairs' when setting the 'Clearance Properties' before running an analysis.

Thank you John, apart your solution, there isn't a filter for reuse library parts to exclude to the clearance analysis ?

Thanks again
