Hi all,
I have an question.
For the process of pyrolysis, we are using a fluidized bed reactor with pyrolysis drum. The drum is with sieve, and is filled with sand. Sand is heated with air and natural gas burner. The pyrolysis obtained is burned at the top of the reactor and then the heat is used for the pyrolsis as well. The exhaust gas is then goes through pipe cooled, cleaned and goes out through the chimney. The problem is the exhaust pipe inlet connected to the reactor is getting heavily jammed, i dont know why it is? has anyone any idea why?
the composition of pyrolysis gas is :
CH4 2,9
H2 1,9
N2 71,8
O2 0,5
CO2 8,5
CO 7,1
C2H6 1,09
C2H4 1,84
C3H8 0,25
C3H6 1,51
plus tar, char, soot , H2S, HCl and metal vapors.
