Closed cooling system for a Nissan V6 220 hp

My field is electronics. I am finishing a 16' wood runabout and want to use the Nissan V6 engine in a closed cooling system to prevent engine problems in the St Lawrence River system. 220 hp - 160F - engine pump discharge I. D. is 2.00". Would like to use a SS shell and tube not to exceed 8' straight or double back of 16'. What sizes and gpm's @ a 5000 rpm max. hp----6000 rpm engine governed speed? I really have no idea what shell and pump size will do the job. Thanks for any help in a labor of love project. Richard Petersen
