Closing bead in unparametric part 2

I have a unparametric data for reinforcement. I would like to stop the beads midway and level the other half along the yellow surface in the model. I am unable to get a smooth closed bead while trying to close it.
Any suggestions?

If possible can you load a parasolid of the part, as I do not have NX12 yet.

Note that the yellow faces isn't a single trimmed face.

( Note picture and model is different. NX12 format)

Thanks for replying Toost, but is not exactly what i wanted. I wasnt clear enough maybe. I tried it out myself and got it somehow. Image below is what I've done & what I needed.
