Clouds in Microstation V8

I am trying to complete a set of as-built drawings in Microstation V8 and need to set clouds around the changes. Is there a cloud tool in Microstation? If not, how would you make a clouded section?

There is an excellent MDL routine out there called something like "ssCLOUD.mdl." check
