I am looking for the following paper:

Most common reference is from Design and Performance of Earth Retaining Structures, ASCE Special Publication, No:25, Pg. 439-470

Thanks to google, I found the following link, a lot of pages are scanned there, but not all. If someone has the History of Progress book and have time to scan the paper (I think it would be good to let it out to the internet?) I would be grateful..
