Dear all,

I am trying to simulate fiber reinforced CMC(orthotropic) by ANSYS. I am trying to pull a simple cube and try to see whether my cube is behaving according to the data that I give as input at the same time I am using Hill's potential to determine any failure.

I would like to compare the input stress-strain curve with the stress-strain curve that I can get from my cube after Step 4(below). I am new in ansys, if somebody knows, how can I get that data for comparison in ansys classic.

Below I am writing the steps that I have performed.

I would really appreciate any help/ideas.

By workbench:
1) I have formed my model (a simple cube), gave material properties, boundary conditions (fixed at one face, and a displacement on the opposite face).
2)I have created an input file out of this model.

By text editor:
3)I have changed the MATERIAL PROPERTIES between the lines:
-/wb,mat,start ! starting to send materials

-/wb,mat,end ! done sending materials

Here I put my non-linear stress-strain behavior and the parameters for HILL criterion.

By Ansys classic:
4) I loaded the input file and run the simulation and it work.

Best Regards,
Sartor
