Could I get away with using Sika 212 in bolt holes ~1/2" ø to stay consistent, or should an injectable epoxy be used at those holes instead?

Thanks

It can be used as a stiff grout for big holes or almost as a flowable grout... Get a copy of the product data sheet for the material to see whatzup. I've used lots of Sika products and have never had a 'glitch' with them... one of the more reputable companies, IMHO.

Check the data sheet to see the maximum depth of the repair sika recommends. Some grouts are too exothermic and will swell while curing, then shrink when they cool down. You can add a bit of aggregate to cool it down.
