Coating more than 130 degree celsius

Gents,

Anybody can advice what is the suitable coating for vessel which operate more than 130 degree celsius, medium is lube oil and have a pitting problem in it. We suspected the lube oil is not clean/ contaminated.Thanks

Yes, the oil type is themia B, it is a heat transfer fluid. The vessel is carbon steel made. We suspected that the barge container which supply this fluid has been cotaminated with water or other corrosion agent. Pitting has been there so the best way is just to coat it internal to stop corrosion to extend.Any suitable internal coating which can stand more that 1200 degree celcius?
 
I dont prefer anodizing right now since it is still far from minimum allowable thickness, just want to stop corrosion/pitting propagation so it would not become an issue for inspection and maintenance.

The anodize process is not compatible with steel. However, if you're looking for something simple to apply, yourself, there are a number of epoxies and modified epoxy-phenolic coatings available. They will provide you the thermal stability you need. For more information, see this link:
