I am manufacturing a product that uses floats that are 18" in dia. and 34" long,, out of either EVA or polyethelene foam. the Polyethelene is the most cost effective but needs a surface coating that will not peal off and can be sprayed on to the foam blanks. The floats will be rolled on the ground, and then into water,
The best I can find is PE sheets 4" thick and 4'x9' and do a heat weld on round cut outs to get the 18x 34 size. Any one know of some one making this size in one piece?
