Hi folks,

I'm brand new here. I work as the QA/QC Manager for an industrial construction company in Maine. Life's hectic at times, but never dull.

One of our guys is working on a Section VIII pressure vessel that was constructed utilizing CC 2051. I don't have access to it.

Does anyone know what CC2051 is about? Any information would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks. Charles

Charles,
Go to ASME.org, hit the "Codes&Standards" tab and you should be able to run it down.

Must be a very old Code case , because I went back to 1995 and it does not exist.

It must be one that expired. You can receive a copy for a nominal fee from the Linda Hall Library. Their # is 800-662-1545. The last time I purchased a copy of a Code Case it cost $16 and they emailed it within 24 hrs. Cost may vary based on the number of pages in a particular Code Case.

Thank you for all the replies. I'll get ahold of the Linda Hall Library.

Charles.
