Actually I looking for following issue

When I need to determine flange class and pipe schudle connect into pressure vessel
It's MAWP 100 psi 200 F

Am I take Allowable and allowable overpressure with factor of safety to determine Design pressure of pipe and Flange class (ANSI 16.5 ) ?



Is case 2211 discusse about this issue or is there any other reference with examples you advice

If there is example clarify your explanation I will fully appressiate

For this point I need this clarification point

Is MAWP for vessels cover whole allowable and non allowable over pressure ,

So am I use MAWP to determine Pipe schudle connect into it or use extra F.S ?

Is there any example
